3. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Replacement Policy

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will offer a free replacement instead of a refund.

5. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
